Covid-19

Paradise Minor Baseball is excitedly looking forward to a 2020 baseball season under a "new normal" that is required as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic that is currently ongoing within our province, our country, and across the globe.  Given the situation, guidelines have been developed by the Department of Health and our governing body, Baseball NL, to allow us to resume baseball activities in a modified fashion.

It is our responsibility as an association to provide our membership with the proper information, guidelines and cleaning measures we are implementing to ensure a safe and healthy baseball season. We encourage all parents/guardians to have a discussion with their children about the proactive measures they can take to keep them safe in public, such as - physical distancing, proper cough and sneeze etiquette, proper hand washing and hygiene to name a few.

Below you will find the PMB Return to Play guidelines that we as an association have put in place along with links to the Provincial Department of Health - Sport Guidance information, as well as, Baseball NL's Return to Play Guidance.

Please Note:

This is a fluid document and can be updated at any time depending on provincial alert levels and updated guidelines and requirements from the Department of Health and Baseball NL.  Please check this page regularly.  We will make every effort to alert our membership when changes to these guidelines are made.

Return to Play Guidelines

In addition to the guidelines set forth by the Provincial Department of Health (Covid-19 - Sport Guidance) and Baseball NL (Return to Play Guidance Document and Gameplay Modifications Document), Paradise Minor Baseball will be requiring the following guidelines to be upheld at all times by all participants and members.
