Just a reminder that players should arrive at the field at least 15 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled games.  There are a number of reasons for this:

1. Allow players adequate time to get their cleats on, equipment ready, stretch and warm up before their game starts. Injuries (especially to pitchers) can be prevented with a proper warm up.
2. Allow coaches time to set their lineups and ensure they have enough to field a team (9 minimum).
3. Players should arrive by 5:45 PM for 6:00 PM game.  Arriving at 6:00 PM or later will result in later starts, less innings played, possible forfeits, and increased challenges for coaches setting the lineup.

We have made allowances in our schedule to provide 30 minutes prior to the start of the early games to allow for players to enter the field and get ready for their games.

NOTE: New this year, we have added incentives for teams that show high participation numbers and good attendance.  If a team has 12+ players attend a game they will receive an extra point in the standings.  Also, the team with the highest number of games played with 12+ players will receive a year end prize (to be named later).
