There are a few items we'd like to bring to your attention regarding the invoices that have been sent for the 2020 Player Registration fees.

• Family Discounts - The family discount - $25 for each additional player after the first player registered - has been applied as a credit to your invoices.  If you believe this may have been missed for one or more of your children, please contact invoicing@paradiseminorbaseball.ca and we will investigate.
• Winterball Coupon Codes - Because of the unique situation we are in this year and the way we are doing registration and collecting fees, it appears that the Coupon Codes previously emailed to Winterball participants as a thank you for supporting our inaugural Winterball program will not work with our new invoicing system.  Therefore, we are going to apply the credit amount to your registration fee invoices TODAY. The Coupon Codes will no longer be valid.  Please wait until tomorrow to pay your registration fee invoice and you should see the credit applied.  If you have already paid your registration fee, we will issue a refund.  Again, if you do not see the credit applied by tomorrow and believe this is in error, please contact invoicing@paradiseminorbaseball.ca and we will investigate.
• Winterball Refunds - Finally, we are still in the process of determining what to do about the remaining unfulfilled Winterball weeks as a result of closure at PSA due to Covid-19 pandemic.  If refunds are determined and the amount is calculated, that amount will be refunded to those affected.  Thank you for your patience with this matter.
