A note on the election of Officers:

• Nominations for the following PMB Executive Positions will be submitted at the AGM by any member other than the person being nominated.
• The Nominee must accept the nomination in person at the AGM.
• Positions for which only one candidate is nominated will be filled by acclamation.  
• PMB Members present at the AGM may cast a vote for each position by secret ballot.
• All Parents and Legal Guardians of a paid registered player(s) in good standing represents one voting member of Paradise Minor Baseball (PMB) to be used at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). A registered player(s) is someone who was officially registered with PMB in the year of the Annual General Meeting.
