Paradise Minor Baseball Association is calling on all its members to provide their input to the Town of Paradise Strategic Plan on the need for more baseball fields in the community.

Specifically, PMB is advocating for improvements to the Paradise Park Junior fields and the development of a new baseball field to accommodate the growing number of players.

PMB recognizes and deeply appreciates the Town's efforts in installing four temporary fields in Paradise Park each year, which have allowed us to provide programming to more children. However, we also acknowledge that improvements to the fields are necessary for a better baseball experience.

The Paradise Park fields currently have inadequate drainage and uneven terrain which poses challenges during practices and games. Improvements to the existing fields, or a new dedicated field area for the junior divisions would help ensure that the fields are safer and more enjoyable for everyone involved.

Furthermore, PMB is advocating for a new baseball field to accommodate the growing number of players. Scheduling is becoming more and more difficult with our limited facilities as our association continues to grow.

To ensure that their voices are heard, the Paradise Minor Baseball Association is encouraging all its members to participate in upcoming community engagement sessions, scheduled for April.

These sessions will provide residents with the opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas about the future of the community, including its parks and recreation facilities.

The links to the Town of Paradise website with details about the engagements sessions and an online survey are available to the right.

By working together with the Town of Paradise and other community members, we are confident that we can help make Paradise a better place to play ball for years to come.
