We are deeply concerned about the recent incidents of verbal abuse targeting our dedicated volunteers and staff. Our team works tirelessly to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone involved in our beloved sport. However, there have recently been instances of disrespectful behavior towards our valued members.

Effective immediately, Paradise Minor Baseball has implemented a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of verbal abuse. We firmly believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. We will not tolerate any behavior that undermines the positive spirit of our community.

To ensure the well-being of our volunteers and staff, we are taking strict action. Anyone found berating our staff or volunteers will be immediately banned from all Paradise Minor Baseball activities for the remainder of the summer.

We value the safety and happiness of our community, and we want everyone to feel comfortable and supported when engaging with our organization.

We would like to address a specific incident that occurred today.  A man, who cursed at our staff at Milton Road during jersey pick up time is requested to take immediate responsibility for his actions.

We ask this individual email us at executive@paradiseminorbaseball.ca and identify himself before we are forced to involve the Town of Paradise to review the security camera footage.
