Time to submit your RNC Code of Conduct & Vulnerable Sector Check

Paradise Minor Baseball (PMB) is on the hunt for dedicated and enthusiastic parent volunteers to assist with coaching at all levels of the game, from 9U up to 18U. The organization is committed to offering young athletes the best possible coaching experience and will provide reimbursement for Baseball NL coaching clinics.

PMB is seeking individuals who possess qualities such as patience, leadership, communication skills, and a passion for the game. If you are interested in being a positive role model and helping young athletes grow both on and off the field, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Previous experience is not necessary as the PMB staff will be facilitating games or practices. The parent volunteers will be responsible for helping to keep the kids organized and safe, ensuring that the young athletes receive the best possible experience.

To become a parent volunteer coach, interested individuals must fill out the coaching registration form available on the PMB website. We understands that some volunteers may have certain restrictions on their ability to volunteer all summer, and this can be noted in the form.

It is important to note that PMB will only be able to offer programming in divisions where they have sufficient parent volunteers. Thus, the organization is encouraging interested individuals to submit their applications as soon as possible to help ensure the success of the 2023 season.

After registering, volunteers will be required to submit the RNC Code of Conduct & Vulnerable Sector Check. Detailed instructions on how to complete these requirements can be found on the PMB website's "For Coaches" page.

PMB is looking forward to working with a team of dedicated and passionate parent volunteers who share a love for baseball and a commitment to developing young players.
